Customer Contact Center (Hayakom) offers the convenience of IVR (Integrated Voice Response). This service enables both AUB and non-AUB customers to inquire about the various products and services offered, such as credit cards, financing deals and investment deposits. The Telebanking services provided enable AUB customers to inquire about their accounts, credit cards, investment deposits and financing details, as well as to submit their suggestions and complaints, report any lost or stolen ATM card, transfer money to or from an AUB account and make bill payments to credit and prepaid cards or utility and service companies. Available in both Arabic and English during public holidays and holidays.
