Lounge key Access

Register your card with the lounge key application, and when entering a participating lounge, simply present your Credit Card to the lounge receptionist and mention ‘LoungeKey’.

The LoungeKey App is available on both iOS and Android and includes extensive information on each participating lounge such as directions, facilities, photos, FAQs, and more.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, notify us immediately by calling Hayakom on 1812000 or +96522467711 (outside Kuwait). The agent will immediately cancel your card to ensure that it is not used by third parties.
