The main points to remember are:
- The bank will dispatch your unique PIN just after you receive your credit card. Do remember to keep it safely.
- In case you wish to change your PIN please call Hayakom Contact Center and the bank will issue a new PIN for you. You can do the same in case you forget the PIN or misplace it
- After every transaction at an outlet you could be required to enter this PIN in the new PIN terminals, which are currently being installed worldwide.
- This eliminates the need to sign or swipe the card.
- Once the PIN is accepted the transaction will be completed.
- If you use the wrong PIN three times your credit card will be locked. You will then need to call Hayakom on 181 2000 and request the bank to unlock your card and issue a new PIN.
- Convenient Credit with Easy Repayment options
Al-Motahid credit cards come in different types and limits. In addition, you have the option to choose between the full repayments or the flexible option of paying as little as 8.33% of your purchases balance each month and the rest at your convenience.
