Complaints Unit:

For complaints please visit our complaint unit at the Head Office located in Darwazat Al-Abdul Razzak. Our working hours are from Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Procedure for submitting a complaint:

2. Print the form
3. Fill in the form
